Withdrawal Rights
Consumer information for online service orders
1. Statutory rights
Depending on your country of residence, consumer law may give you a statutory right to withdraw from an online service contract. For consumers in the European Union, this period is generally 14 days from the date the contract is concluded.
2. Immediate performance
Our services are normally scheduled to begin shortly after payment. Where applicable law requires it, we will ask for your express request to begin performance during the withdrawal period. If performance has already started, you may be responsible for the proportion of the service already provided. Once the service has been fully performed, the statutory withdrawal right may no longer apply where the required consent and acknowledgements were given.
3. How to request withdrawal
Send an unambiguous withdrawal request by email. Include the email address used for the order, your order ID, and the Twitch channel associated with the order so we can identify the contract.
4. Additional refund policy
These statutory rights are separate from any additional refund or support remedies described in our Refund Policy. Nothing on this page limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
